Terms and conditions
Dymno BV, Meesterhof 6, 9120 Melsele — BE1001.152.440
1. Scope
These terms apply to all quotes, orders and works of Dymno BV, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By accepting a quote, the customer declares acceptance of these terms.
2. Quotes and prices
Quotes are valid for 30 days and remain non-binding until confirmed by both parties. Prices apply to the works described; additional work is discussed beforehand and invoiced separately. Material prices may be adjusted after consultation in the event of longer delivery times.
3. Execution of the works
The customer provides a safe and accessible worksite, electricity and water. The stated execution periods are indicative: weather conditions, deliveries by third parties and works by other contractors may affect the schedule.
4. Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless stated otherwise. In the event of late payment, statutory late-payment interest is due automatically and delivered materials remain the property of Dymno BV until full payment is made.
5. Warranty
Installed materials are covered by the relevant manufacturer's factory warranty. Our installation work is covered by the statutory warranty. Damage caused by improper use, modifications by third parties, storm, lightning strikes or lack of maintenance is not covered by the warranty.
6. Intellectual property
Texts, photos and designs on this website are the property of Dymno BV and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Liability and force majeure
Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order and to the coverage of our insurance. In the event of force majeure — including extreme weather conditions, strikes, or supplier failures — obligations are suspended without compensation.
8. Complaints
Complaints about completed works must be reported in writing within 8 days of completion, via Dymno@outlook.com. We always first look for a practical solution together.
9. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to all agreements. In the event of a persistent dispute, the courts of the judicial district of East Flanders, Dendermonde division, have jurisdiction.
